This Privacy Policy outlines Cmarketing Inc. practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.smeexpo.ca, or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: ” Users “). 

Grounds for data collection 

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. How do we safeguard your information?

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information. We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

• We use regular Malware Scanning.
• Your personal information is contained in secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
• For your convenience we may store your credit card information kept for more than 60 days in order to expedite future orders, and to automate the billing process.
